The only thing that is missing is the certification which might take up to 6 weeks.
Now, I don't know how the game will be. Good or bad it's too soon to say.
But I get the feeling you'll pass most of the time in game searching for a little girl or boy or talking to your dumb wife that screws your best friend and is almost a complete retard.
But that's just me. Or maybe I'm just a bit annoyed that the series turned out the way they did.
