According to Zenimax and Bethesda this decision was based on "the issues and reviews" based on Rage.
- Those reviewers and their stupid grins -
They say it shows "a serious lack of confidence in the project management at id." So I guess it's a good idea to cancel a famous IP (one of the best know titles there is) because a little bit of butthurt concerning some new IP that they think didnt' work out so well.
- I guess Rage made them rage? -
