Mass Effect novel

Commenting on Mass Effect's novel, Chris Priestly finally apologized to the fans.

Read it below.

Mass Effect fans have been asking for a comment on recent concerns over Mass Effect: Deception. We have been listening and have the below response on the issue.

The teams at Del Rey and BioWare would like to extend our sincerest apologies to the Mass Effect fans for any errors and oversights made in the recent novel Mass Effect: Deception.  We are currently working on a number of changes that will appear in future editions of the novel.

We would like to thank all Mass Effect fans for their passion and dedication to this ever-growing world, and assure them that we are listening and taking this matter very seriously.
What errors? Oh you are in for a treat.

William C. Dietz wrote the novel (the same dude that wrote Halo: The Flood).

And he really screwed up this novel. There is even a site with all the lore and other errors found. And some are pretty huge:

Tantalus Drive Core on a batarian ship - Though the Tantalus Drive is referred to as "standard," it was actually a highly secret, experimental drive core first used on the SSV Normandy. It’s doubtful that a dated batarian ship would have one. Additionally, such a core is by itself equivalent to the cost of an entire cruiser class ship.
-I don't know what all that means but fans are really pissed off.-

Their thoughts about the novel is that it's written something like this:

"cimunduer shephard is a spaec man fromo spaec. eh killd repers but wait no that was jus one reper all the other repers aer like fuck you cinnamon shepurd i hate you you're just like mi dad i hope you dye in a citadel fire. also chewie killed app the spacec mans wit his lifesater call entirprise SHUT UP IT HAPEN THIS IS MY STORI NOT YOURS n griffindoor"
